I got my Gel X Design set by Gloss Nails Team. They are so amazing! My favorite salon, the manager is so sweet and caring, the receptionist is thoughtful and is so ontop things. The whole team is amazing! The salon is super clean and organized even though it’s not a new modern nails shop. If you are looking to do a pedi, Ha is wonderful. She takes her time and make you feel really good. Your feet feel great after she's done, and then pressure points during the massage hit everytime! Thanks yall! You make me happier every time I leave.

A total disappointment! Was looking for a new salon, since the one I used to go for 10 years ( and I’m very loyal customer), got closed, so tried this place, hmmm, unbelievably bad! To make an appointment over the phone was challenge, the male receptionist went on and off rather to take me last min or not , debating how much they could make out of me last min. Wow! 😮 Finally they decided to take me and gave me most sloppiest , non thorough , half ( you know what) job, Tommy gave certainly one of the worst manicures and pedicures I ever have had in my life. I travel all Over the World, as you see and even in the third World countries I had better manicure and pedicure. I absolutely recommend this nail salon! We made a last minute appointment with my daughter and they were able to seat us next to each other. We got the Gel X refill with the lovely design and absolutely loved our nails eveytime i been there. They did a great job! All the staffs team are very friendly and nice, Also the prices are realistic and reasonable, not too expensive but they use great materials and my nails ALWAYS Last so long no matter who I go to. I'll never go anywhere else

Gloss Nails is absolutely fantastic, they are without a doubt the BEST nail & beauty salon in Santa Clarita and the greater surrounding Valencia area. Their quality and customer service is so outstanding, the staffs very friendly and warm, and their prices absolutely cannot be beat. I get my gel X desighn by the wonderful Xandra, she has consistently given me the best gel X nails art year after year. I have gotten them done occasionally by other nail techs, including Daniel or Thi when Xandra is busy. All they can do really stunning design, and all of their nail techs are wonderful. Big shout out to the receptionist Logan, he is absolutely fantastic, he always makes customers feel welcome when they arrive, and always makes sure you are fully satisfied with your service. First, their website didn’t work where I couldn’t book so I had to call them make an appointment which should’ve been my red flag number one. Then they’re not so good at greeting and once I sit you down like they’re just rushing and the guy who did my nails I felt pressured to get your legs. I didn’t get it but he kept asking me. Do I want like I want your legs because someone like me waited last minute and wanted it And that should’ve been my number two I felt racially profiled. And I also called to ask for builder gel and he would say my nails were too short and they were not and that’s why it was pushing me to get gel X. I feel like he could’ve held them down more to make him not bulky and look like teeth, and he could’ve pushed my cuticles back as well.
