TLDR; unsanitary, no care for your nails or time I have been to this place 3 times. Every time they have not washed their hands after another client and have not used sanitized nail & cuticle trimmers. The trimmers should be pulled out of a blue sanitizer package in front of the client & this has never happened. The nail clippers and cuticle trimmers have been pulled out of a bucket (dry, no sanitizer solution) from their carts. My first visit the tech felt like she was rushing through my nails which ended in a cut to my finger & the polish not curing properly. This resulted in the polish peeling two days later. I couldn’t come back in to have them fixed, they offered 10% off my next visit. I give them another try, the next time was better but my hard gel mani still felt rushed. My nails c

I’m so happy I found this nail salon! I work in jewelry so I have to have my nails right ALL the time but getting them done isn’t always the most relaxing experience. I’ve tried many salons in Pasadena but this is the only one I’ve found (in my opinion) that is good quality work paired with a nice environment. I actually leave feeling like I did some self-care for myself, I feel good, I feel happy with my set. That’s all thanks to the lovely, talented women who work at the salon and the environment they cultivate. I’ve found my nail spot and I recommend It!

Kim did a fantastic job on my nails!! It was very complex and they look better than the inspiration photo. All the techs are great and the front desk staff is very helpful. Definitely my favorite place in Pasadena

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had in a salon! I booked a dip service and when I arrived the nail tech would not accept that I didn’t want gel!! She was adamant I get that service. I explained I do not want that and she would not take no for an answer. So I finally caved just to get her to stop talking. I am not from here, so when I get back to my home I’ll be going in to remove this and get what I want. She was rough, irritated that I had red on and it had to be removed and literally complained the entire time. The paint job is less then stellar and cut all of my nails off!! I will not be returning when I come back to visit. There are many salons, my suggestion is to give those a try over this one.
