TenTen did nails and I love them, got me right before my vacation! This is only my second visit but I think I just found my new home. Love how fast and efficient my visits were. Nails, toes, and brows especially so important to me. It’s so hard trusting someone new with brows but my girl LeLe handled them with care. Lena did my toes and took her time to get them how I like. Can’t wait till my next visit!

Ugh such a fun and friendly experience! Got a manicure & pedicure. Everyone was so friendly and performed everything in a timely manner!! ♥️💅🏼 very clean and professional! Highly recommend!

I visited Gloss for the first time today and I received a full set and color change also a color change for my 3 year old. I typically let my daughter choose her own color. This time she chose a dark pink. Instead of painting my daughter’s toes the color we asked for she painted her toes the color she thought was “age appropriate” and that is not what I asked for. If I’m a paying customer i expect to get what I asked for not what you think I should get. Also they do a great job but the energy is aggressive and not welcoming. First and last time here. If I’m paying my money I want to feel like I’m welcomed at least…Give the customer what they ask for and not what you guys think is best

Penny at Gloss nails caused me to get an infection on my big toe. This happened on June 13, 2025. Today is June 24th and My toe is still swollen, and it still hurts, I can barely bend it. I’ve been to the doctor twice, and I’m on my 2nd round of antibiotics. The first round wasn’t strong enough. The doctor said I have Paronychia. I went back to Gloss nails To get a refund, and to informed them of what happened. They all said it didn’t happen there. Penny said I must’ve left there and hit my toe on something. Also, they said refunds are not in their policy. No accountability, no remorse!

Terrible service, and even worse work. I waited for 45 minutes for YaYa for a fill in. When she arrived she charged me an extra $15 to take off 3 of nails, and proceeded to break my real nail in half. After letting her know I wanted an ‘aura’ effect, she charged me another $25. I was there for 2 and a half hours, and the pictures shown are 3 minutes after I left the salon. I asked if they could fix them so they would look more uniform, but after arguing back and forth, I left crying. Overall I paid $75 for a terrible experience.
