Gloria is a really wonderful hair stylist and a very kind person. She took a lot of time with me even before my appointment with a long phone conversation and texts and then reviewing pictures I sent to her of my existing hair and also pictures of what short haircuts I might like to have. During my appointment she spent at least two hours with me first discussing the various short haircuts I liked in pictures and the realities of what would work best for my hair. As I have several cowlicks it gets a bit complicated and is not that easy. She is very honest and takes a lot of time to do a great cut, She also asks a lot of questions as she works through the cutting process to get your thoughts as she goes.
