My wife and I had our Global Entry interview today. Officer Potts was very helpful and provided us with very helpful information on how the process works when we enter back into the US or when using Global Entry at selected airports in the UK. He was excellent and the process went smoothly.
My husband and I had our global entry interviews today and the officers were so friendly and nice. They were very helpful and informative. My interview was about 5 minutes long and the official who interviewed me mentioned another program I may be interested in after learning I travel internationally for work sometimes. My husbands interview took a bit longer because he and the officer were chatting about the best credit card to get travel points 😹. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by how nice these officers were to work with. They also took us early and we were back on the road before my appointment time.
Fast and easy. The staff is friendly. Be careful you might pass it. It's not an airport.
