i went there to get my hair done and instead had most of my hair fried, i was never warned that my hair couldn’t handle what i wanted and now i have so much breakage at my part and my ends were so damaged and see through that i had to get more of my hair cut so the breakage doesn’t continue to split up my hair. at my appointment i chose to get 4 inches cut off my hair to help with the expected damage and had to get another 4/5 to make my hair not look see through. my hair was at least 50% virgin never dyed or touched hair, there is no reason for there to be this much damage to my hair. i spent $373 for all of my hair to be fried and damaged and it’ll take at LEAST 2 years to get the breakage at my roots to a healthy state and length, i have reached out to the stylist who did this and all s

Sam was amazing with my 6 year old. So kind and worked so well with her! Very professional atmosphere. I’ll be going back every few weeks to just get her a shampoo/blow dry. She evened her hair out perfectly without taking to much off just as I asked her to do! I greatly appreciate the amazing service 🫶

Where do I even start? This salon was a complete nightmare from start to finish. I never signed a contract, yet somehow they managed to charge me for services that were never performed. Communication was non-existent or contradictory, and every attempt to clarify anything was met with excuses and attitude. It felt less like a professional business and more like a money-making trap. The staff clearly has no sense of accountability. Mistakes were ignored, explanations were vague, and the whole experience left me feeling completely disrespected. I was told one thing verbally, then sent something completely different in writing later on. When I tried to clarify, I was met with attitude instead of answers. It felt like they were making things up as they went. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and I never felt like a valued client—more like an inconvenience. ZERO STARS This salon is a complete joke. Unprofessional, dishonest, and wildly unethical. If chaos, incompetence, and shady behavior are your thing, this is the place for you. Nothing is explained upfront, nothing is consistent, and somehow paperwork appears after money is taken. Names get typed onto documents without consent, terms magically change, and when you question it, you’re met with gaslighting and attitude instead of answers. It’s giving scam, not service. The owner’s behavior alone should be a red flag. Defensive, evasive, and incapable of taking responsibility for anything. Instead of fixing issues, they double down, shift blame, and act like clients are the problem for expecting basic professionalism.
