My experience so far has been nothing but fabulous! The ladies are knowledgeable and super kind. The facility is very clean and up to date.

the girls greeted me right while walking thought the door! it was amazing energy and the girls tan looked so good that i wanted the same color. the services are great too while it’s cold!!!

I went online and was supposedly sent a coupon, which I did my receive, and it wasn't in my spam. I did receive a text confirming it was sent. When I went to the Kettering location the first thing they asked was if I had a coupon, when I explained I did not receive the cotton and showed them the text it was sent I was told the needed the coupon because without it it's really expensive, and it does require a membership. I asked if they could just give me a coupon since it is obvious by the text I was sent one, of which I was told they couldn't. I'm going on a cruise and just wanted to go over a few weeks to have a tan the the cruise, and this I said when I walked in. The need for a membership and a coupon is ridiculous.
