A 3 out of 5 stars is overrated for this place. The one star was not available and even that was too much. I started Services here some 3-4 years ago. And I started up hair Services again beginning of September of 2025 I went to this place for a sew-in I purchased a three bundle pack with a closure the same procedure I had done 2 months ago that I just took down. To be clear I have not been to this place in the little over 2 years I am blind a blind customer. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt the owner came and asked me to see the hair that I have and went to the back of the salon with it. My appointment was at 1:00 p.m. I did not get out of her chair until 6:00 p.m. I was charged $175 when originally she said 200 and my sew-in was completely thin with gaps in the braiding patt

I recently purchased a custom facial from Tracella and wanted to be sure to wait a few days after my appt to see what kind of results I would have. I can’t believe how amazing my skin looks! My face has a glow to it and feels hydrated and soft. In addition, I enjoyed the relaxing facial I received. Tracella is very professional and makes sure you enjoy your experience with her! Will be returning!
