The best nail salon in New York! Everyone who works here is the sweetest - I always love talking with Nancy and May, and Jenny also does fantastic nails. They’re very attentive to what you want and ensure you walk out happy. The only nail salon that I’m frequenting from here on out.

DO NOT BOOK WITH LUCY. I want to clarify that the salon itself is clean, pleasant, and that most of the employees are professional. However, my experience with one technician, Lucy, was very negative. She showed an attitude toward even minor, polite requests. I have been to this salon before and had noticed similar behavior from her with another client as well. During my service, she was rough, and when I politely asked her to be gentler, her attitude became dismissive and unprofessional. During the appointment, I was cut in three different places. At the time, I thought these were minor incidents, but after leaving the salon, I realized how careless and uncomfortable the service had been. I can’t say enough good things about Nancy! She is such a genuine person and always makes sure I absolutely love my nails before I leave. She takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and somehow makes it come out even better than I imagined. On top of her amazing work, she’s incredibly hardworking and kind-hearted — every appointment with her brightens my whole day. This is my first time here. Got a cats eye gel manicure, Nancy was super quick and very attentive. No air bubbles and she makes sure that the whole nail is painted. Definitely would come back again!

First time here and I am glad I went. Evelyn did my nails and she did an amazing job. The shape from every angle is precise. I will definitely be back again! I got the gel x, almond shape.
