This was my first time at the salon and I couldn’t have made a better decision coming in! I was desperate to find someone to braid my hair in a very short notice and Yvonne was able to take me the very next day after I called her for an appointment!! She is very professional and knowledgeable! She made me feel like family verses just another client in her chair. I had an amazing time here. The ultimate hair care they provide is absolutely optimal. I had braids done here and it came out marvelous. They really pay attentive attention to your needs and most importantly very meticulous. I personally appreciated the music sounds tracks and how we got to pray before we commenced. I booked my appointment with Yvonne to get my hair straightened for my graduation. My appointment was booked for May 12 at 3:30 P.M. When I arrived at 3:20, she wasn't finished with her last client. Additionally, she informed me that she had taken a last walk-in minute appointment to do braids on another client before me. So, she asked me if I could leave and come back later to get my hair done. I desperately needed to get my hair done because my graduation was the next day, so I left my number and waited for her to call me. She finally called me at 6:30 pm when she finished with her client's braids. My hair turned out frizzy and oily.
