Glamour Threading

My experience here was horrible. I had my eyebrows threaded incorrectly. I naturally have thick brows. After my service, my eyebrows were thinned out. I had white marks on top of my eyebrows and eyelids due to over-threading my brows. Although I understand that they will grow, due to the employer's lack of knowledge on how to thread, it will take me months to regrow my eyebrows. As a result of my experience, I am writing this review to share with others and hope that it doesn't happen to anyone else. This review can be taken into account if the owner is having complaints. I hope this feedback will encourage the owner to improve their staff's training and ensure better service for future customers.

I went there to do my lashes done. And the lady named sara she did a great job. She was so polite and sweet. I would love to get it done with her again. Thankyou sara.

I went in today for lip and brow threading and Sara welcomed me in with so much kindness. During the service she measured my eyebrows and was very intentional with where she plucked/threaded from. I left with my eyebrows looking identical! She is very eager to work and will provide amazing services with the utmost care. If you’re coming to Glamour Threading make sure you ask for Sara, she is the best!

The tool she used were NOT disposable and didn’t realize this till after due to the item being double sided. Through conversation the OWNER told me the product placed on my feet was to treat acne. So many red flags. I asked her to stop min service since I could see I wasn’t going to get the results she was promoting verbally nor the results on the photo that’s hanging at the entrance of the door. I’ve been a client for 3 years now and when I expressed my concerns she was shaking and upset and was yelling at me over the time she spent. (5 min into application of acne treatment) I was not comfortable and I had my 1 year old with me. ((Mind you)) I started with my eyebrows AND PAYED for the service I have the bank records. The experience is sad and the owner is unprofessional. Please take

I got a facial and it was pretty nice but then after when I was getting dressed I looked over at the steam machine that was used on me and the water was gross and yellow. The other steam machines had moldy water. A few days later I broke out and I believe that’s why.
