I went in at 5:30.They told me to wait fifteen minutes. After 15 minutes, me and the woman next to me sat at the pedicure area and although I got their first they tended her. I sat in the warm pedicure water for 20 minutes.Waiting for someone to come. By the time they did get there , the water was cold when it was hot to begin with. I've never been cut in a pedicure until that day when she snipped me so hard I pulled my leg back as a reaction. It hurt so bad , but she just continued didn't really give me time to ease the pain. Will NOT be back. I spent 2 hours here for a gel pedicure.

Traveled out of town and wanted to do something fun with my sister. The lady did a great job with my toe nails but when it came to getting my finger nails done, the man working on my hands was rough and not careful. Had multiple cuts and had my fingers bleeding. It has not been yet two weeks and my nails are already trying to come off.

I will not be back. Used them once before and they were ok. This time they were incredibly slow. Took two and a half hours to get a fill and a pedicure. He cut and burned me with the nail file multiple times. Deep cut on my pinky that he dug into with one of his nails. They couldn't do any of the simple designs I asked for (I wanted a pumpkin) asked for almond nails and he didn't understand (I got round nails) and ended up just getting a plain color because they couldn't do anything else. Very very very disappointed. I do not recommend.

This has to be the worst nail salon I’ve ever went to in my entire life! From their customer service to actually doing nails if I could give them no stars I would. The man and woman who own the shop are extremely rude and always have an attitude. I’ve let them do my nails twice and both times they showed me they cannot do nails I get chrome the chrome chips in a day and when I go back, they try to charge me because their product is chipping. Not to mention when I came back home I had to re-file my nails myself because they do not know how to shape either. A simple square btw…. The second time I went, I asked for French tip, and the woman could not do French tip and caught a attitude with me because I was showing her pictures of what kind of French tip I prefer. I would not spend my money
