Dirty! Bathrooms were gross! Staff with bare feet.No liners in pedicure sinks.They clean them with soap and a scrub brush that they keep using.They had no clue what they were doing.They were prying My nieces acrylic nails off.We all know it rips off the top layer of Your nail not to mention She was in pain.The tool they used to grind the gel off was getting hot and burning Her.I never seen anything like this there were 4 people standing by Us trying to figure out how to get them off.I asked them about soaking them and using asatone they said no.Using there own nails to try to get them off.No gloves.This place should be shut down.I feel awful that I took My niece there.Also no tools in sterile packets.If You dont want fugus dont go there.

Do NOT come here if you are someone who likes a clean nail salon. This place is a walking health department violation. Employees not wearing shoes??? Also watched the employee reuse the same equipment for the next customer’s pedicure without cleaning it. The male employees clearly have no idea what they’re doing. I never write reviews but this was terrible. Health department should shut it down

Honestly, I am one of those who always likes to give good reviews but I feel very ashamed of how my hands look. I went so that my nails looked beautiful, not so that they looked out of horror film.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so unhappy with a set in my life. I asked for “nails so sharp you could cut someone” and had to ask three times to make them sharper and they’re still dull and the points aren’t straight and the sides of the nails are bumpy. I could tell she wasn’t going to be able to get the shape I wanted (and was paying $60 for) because the nail file was so worn it looked like a piece of cardboard. I asked for a drip look on each nail and she was unable to do it. Didn’t look good after trying twice so I just had her skip it. After putting on the acrylic, They filled the underside of my nail with glue which just left everything a mess and when I got home I spent an hour trying to peel it off because it looks just so messy and poorly done. I didn’t see any sanitizer anywhere o

Use to love this place. Their customer service use to be great. Waited 5 minutes until I was greeted. They use to greet you as soon as you opened the door.
