I had a wonderful experience here from the moment I walked in. The staff was welcoming and took the time to really listen to my concerns and goals before recommending a treatment. Everything was explained clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident moving forward. The environment was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. I noticed improvements shortly after my visit and was very happy with the results. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for professional, high quality care.

I was hounded to make an appointment. I finally did and was sold something that was highly expensive and not worth it. I asked to return my unopened product within the 3 day right of recision allowed by law and was told no. Every time I tried to call the store, I either did not get an answer, got a message that they weren't accepting calls or that their messages weren't set up. I then received a text message from their regional manager to set up a VIP treatment and I explained why I would not be doing business with them again and got no response. I got another message today from that same manager from a different number. This place is a scam and everyone needs to be aware of them taking advantage of consumers.

ZOIE was absolutely amazing at explaining the products she recommended for my red skin and puffy eyes. She did not pressure me at all the products spoke for themselves. If you're in need of skincare go see her at concord mills!

I went to try a facial lift promotion, but I left feeling uncomfortable rather than satisfied. The treatment consisted of using a device on my face a few times, and I was told there was an improvement, but I personally did not notice any difference. Throughout the visit, I felt repeated pressure to purchase a device priced at around $3,000, which made the experience very uncomfortable for me. Toward the end, I felt the need to leave quickly after clearly stating that I was not interested in buying the product. After I declined, the staff’s attitude appeared to change noticeably, and the interaction felt unwelcoming. During the sales discussion, their facial expressions and tone felt intimidating to me, which added to my discomfort and completely removed any interest I might have had in t
