Glam Parlor Eyelash Extensions & Microblading

TLDR: Nice techs, but don’t waste your money. I got a full hybrid set of lashes done around midday Sunday. My lash tech was Deserae. I didn’t know the words to describe what I wanted so I showed her pictures of when my lashes had previously been done. Deserae was polite and patient, and did a very good job of figuring out what I wanted. The reason my review has two stars is because that night (around 11pm) I combed my lashes before getting ready for bed and seven groups of lashes fell out. There is now a visible gap in my left lash line where they all fell out. Since it was in the middle of the night, I sent an email to the business and have received no response. I thought there may be a delay in response with the Labor Day holiday, but it’s now Wednesday and I’ve still had no response a

Love Brookes work. I’ve been coming over a year now. Ever since my first visit I told her my dislikes from other techs in past and she has always made sure to do everything to make my visits pleasant. Never had a bad fill or set from Brooke ! She reads her customers well and knows when I want to talk or take a nap lol.

Ive been going to Glam Parlor for over 2 years now and I love them! The parlor is very clean and all artist make sure to sanitize between clients. The reception staff is also always very friendly. I love that booking here is an easy process and how upbeat and jolly all the artists are. I definitely recommend trying them out! They also have reserved parking for their clients which is a plus! Brook NEVER fails to make me feel so good with every fill! She is LITERALLY the best!

Update: I haven't come here in a while but needed to today and had a 45 minute express fill appointment with Kristy. I must say that Kristy was kind and did a good job on my lashes, however I am changing my previously 5* review down to one due to the rude attitude of the receptionist. She berated Kristy twice for running into another appointment while she was still finishing my lashes. We got a little bit of a late start (10 minutes, I was fine waiting) and then the chair wouldn't work, the button would not move the chair down into a bed so that was another 5 or so minutes we couldn't start. When we wrapped up, I made a comment to the receptionist that the reason my appointment went over was because it started late and the chair wasn't working, to which she was nasty and gave me attitude.
