I went in to get a cut and color. At first, the gal seemed super sweet and very outgoing. We had good conversations, got my hair done and I left. I went home to style my hair for an event and my mom realized the layers were very choppy and the color was splotchy. I called to get my hair redone the next day. When I arrived, we had some small talk and I showed her my hair. She didn’t say anything she just started right away. I could feel that there was some tension. In the middle of her redoing my hair, I tried to relieve that tension by thanking her for fixing my hair and she commented with a attitude “Yeah, I thought you just wanted something for free”. I have been going to Glam and the Grove for several years. Joelle has been absolutely amazing. My first appointment with her I went from long dark brown hair to long blue hair. Since then I have continued working with her though fun colors and keeping my hair healthy. The salon is bright and comfortable. All of the staff I have interacted with are very friendly and helpful. Since starting with Joelle, I have moved to Denver and I will continue to drive to see her and her amazing team!

This is a great salon. I had great experience with cut, color, and brow waxing. Service is always prompt and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend Joelle. Updating for new location: the new salon is comfortable and cozy. Everyone continues to provide great hair services for very fair prices. I sincerely appreciate the personalized service and their interest in using and selling environmentally sustainable, vegan products. Highly recommend all three co-owners.

I can not recommend Rae and Aaron enough! They took me in VERY last minute after another colorist butchered my hair 4 days away from my wedding. They were personable, kind and very professional. My hair turned out amazing and they reassured me along the way. Sarah at the front desk was also the sweetest receptionist. I’m serious, these people deserve a raise and all of the recognition in the world. I’ll definitely be coming back And telling all of my friends and family that this is the place to go.

Great haircuts from Caydie. She took really good care of both my husband and me. It had been a while since our last haircuts and my hair had been damaged by too much bad CA water. It felt so good after her cut and treatment! I didn’t think it was possible to save my hair but she worked some magic and I felt transformed.
