A business should pride itself in integrity and accountability. This business does not. The person who colored my wife’s hair ended up not coloring close to what she requested. And to top it off, burned portions of her hair (product was left in too long). The damage was hidden when the service was complete, and my wife called the next day to complain when she noticed the damage. When she called, the person who did her hair blamed her hair for causing the problem. Stating my wife had dry hair to begin with and that her hair would have ended up like that anyway. It wasn’t because her hair was dry, they messed it up. I’ve done my wife’s hair before with strong products and her hair was not burned. Anyways, my wife was charged close to $320.00 for the service, hair ruined, they blamed her, and

excellent costumer service, and excellent dominican blowout . the whole package is worth it from the hair service, facials and nails , and their prices are great, i love it , definitely coming back . Thank you deyanira, thank you tati and ambar for the amazing experience .

I absolutely love this place. The environment is so loving and relaxing. They get you in and out with amazing results from your service. I am so glad a found a beautiful salon that meets my needs and has amazing customer service. The ladies there are so sweet and I really appreciate them and their kindness they give to my family and I when we come.

my honest review... i came in for a headspa, facial, and a blow-dry. The blow-dry, was great, she did a wonderful job. the headspa and facial, i was told it included a massage. there was very little, barely any massage. there was time of her doing nothing to me, i am guessing that we needed product to dry or to do something... at that time she should have taken advantage and done some massage, given me a great experience. which is what i was expecting because that is something that i asked for. i am pregnant and wanted an relaxing experience with massage but it is not something i received, they did not fulfilled my expectations.

Great experience! The head to face treatment was pure bliss, leaving me refreshed and hydrated. Girls are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me learn more about skincare. They even offer great packages, including a friends package! Bringing my teens in for their facials next! Great for bestie time/date. Highly recommend!
