I absolutely LOVE my technician/stylist! I have been under her care for 16 years now! Anikka consistently seeks information for reliable and proven, yet innovative ways to better meet the needs of her clientele. She does hair 'from the inside out'. Though she keeps her finger on the pulse of what's trending, she is a not just a cosmetologist, but also a trichologist, and proficient in health issues that may affect the hair and what products, or styles may NOT be beneficial or restorative. Anikka looks well to the ways of her salon. You will always find it tidy, having an ambience of peace, relaxation (and ofttimes with healthy foods, baked goods, or a new product she's investigating). Last, but certainly not least, Anikka is a pillar in her community and active in philanthropic endeavors

New Client - I was very excited to get my hair done at this salon by the owner. I got a silk press and a cut 10/10 but the customer service to me and with me was 0/10. I was a bit emotional to do me feeling my hair wasn’t in a good state so talking with her about it made me cry a be a bit emotional. She did do her best to console me but did ask if I was in therapy. She thought I felt like I was a bad person but I didn’t I’ve just gone through a lot and my hair means a lot to me . She downplayed that saying it shouldn’t be and much of my other emotions. I didn’t need a therapist in that moment just compassion and empathy. I also had a system with my hair but when I told her she got very passive aggressive trying to correct me on my hair regimen. I love this place! Peaceful and you walk out feeling like a new woman. My daughter and I have no chemicals in our hair and they straighten our hair as though we have fresh relaxed hair plus our hair goes right back curly when washed.

Chelsea did an excellent job with our hair. I called a week prior to make appointments for my daughter and I since we would be in Dayton for a special event. She took her time, was punctual, patient, professional, and made us feel at home. I would return if I was in the area.
