Ginkgo Salon

I absolutely LOVE this salon! Everyone is nice and works very fast. I've been seeing Lauren Little for a few years now and she's one of the only people I will let touch my hair! I get endless compliments whenever I have something done, and I always recommend for them to go see her. From what I can tell, everyone at the salon does an amazing job. The environment is welcoming and fun at the same time. Definitely my go-to hair salon!

On 8/12/2023 I took my grand daughter to get her hair trimmed. We told the receptionist we were walk ins. She said no problem it would not be very long . The hair stylist was working on a man and one lady in front of us. Well 45 minutes later a lady came in and said she had an appointment. Then the hair stylist came over and got her. Said nothing to us. About an hour later 3 people came never said the had an appointment. One of the ladies new the stylist. The stylist said what are you having done today she said a cut. Well after 2 hours plus the recptionist came over to us and said the people that came in has an appointment. Can you reschedule on Wednesday. If they couldn't take us that day all the had to do is told me when we first came in and I just would have gone else where. By the

Love the Gingko girls! They have all been so sweet and quick to respond to messages. The stylists take time to listen to what you want and they also have the sweetest shampoo girl!

This place is fantastic. As a guy, walking in I can definitely tell I’m at a salon and not a barbershop. The ladies in here are super nice, very helpful, and great at their jobs. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a great place to get any gender or style of haircut.

I would give it less than one star if possible. It is the WORST haircut of my life!!!!! I told the stylist (Lauren Little) exactly what I wanted and she did the opposite. It looks as though someone took a bread knife and sawed off the whole back side of my hair. I am embarrassed to go out in public. It will probably take about a year to get back to where I was. I will never set foot in this salon again and if you do go there I hope you get a real stylist.
