Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I had an appointment for a cut, all over color, and highlights for 11/15. I get to the salon, just to see a note that they were closed. A phone call would have been appreciated as I wasted my time and gas. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Wish I new the girls name that cut my hair, but I don't. I called manager and went back and she fixed it. I didn't check it after the girl cut it, but just getting a trim shouldn't look like this.

I got a simple blunt hair cut with no layers. Before I went, I washed my hair and left it damp to make it easier to cut. The young lady who cut my hair did a good job and remained mostly quiet. She didn't ask me any intrusive questions. Other people might want to discuss their lives with the stylist, but not me. That's one reason I prefer Fantastic Sam's over a woman with her own shop. Lol The haircut cost $20 and I gave her a 15% tip. From start to finish, it took around 20 min. The only people in the shop were two employees and me. It is clean and neat with none of the sulfur odor often found in beauty salons.

Salon is very clean, stylist are very friendly and they do amazing Cuts and colors. The Manager did my hair and it looks and feels great. I trusted her to do some repair , cut and eventually was able to do color. Everything turned out amazing and I will be going back soon.

Got my haircut there last Friday while my wife and child waited with me in the waiting area. I signed in as usual and noticed that all the names ahead of me had been marked off the list so I thought cool this is not going to take long.
