ID OFFICE- DONT BE LATE!!! STAFF HAS NO PERSONALITY AT ALL....NONfriendly lady in there but gets the job done! The guards on the other hand are very courteous and the ones in the visitors office are very informative and helpful to veterans and others as it should be for those who served our Country!

Easy way to get your new ID card if you are able to schedule an appointment. Otherwise they will not help you since they do not take walk-ins.

One of the security guards at the gate had a hostile attitude! This was our 1st time here and had no idea what the proper procedures were. He popped up out of nowhere and started fussing about us being in the wrong entrance lane. Made me feel like I was at a prison or at bootcamp. I expected it to be more respectable and professional than that!

Personnel fully explained what I needed to do & how to do it. They were a Pleasure to work with and were very knowledgeable about all the different questions that I had.

Make sure you stop by the Visitor's Control Center if you haven't been here before. You need a visitor's pass.
