Worse job ever had my daughter fix the gold one with Gems and all my nails on each hand some are too small , some too big , acrylic don't fully cover them im so sad about them n some are crooked

Let me start by saying I have frequented this nails shop for the past two years on and off. The work I had done by Monica was always amazing however the older woman at booth 4 is rude and unskilled. I came in to get my acrylic nails (previously done by Monica) filled in. I told her I want a milky white over the pink leaving a slightly pink tip. She used white acrylic(not what I wanted) and only put acrylic on the top half of the nail. From my angle I couldn’t see how terrible this looked. There prices are listed on a giant board $25 for a fill $3 for a cut down my total should have been $28 as I didn’t get any designs she only added some sparkles. Why did this woman try to charge me $50 claiming I got shellac?! She says because she put on a top coat and used the light it was shellac. Now I

I got a soak off and they do not understand what stop means. They didn’t even try to be easy and hurt so bad my natural nails are ruined.

Ms Lee was amazing!!! I’ve had many pedicures and manicures in my life, and she gave me one of the best ones I have ever experienced. She was so thorough and paid attention to every detail. It was so relaxing and truly the best part of my day. Every time I go here it is better than the last; I notice they are always working to improve their salon and their service. This time was definitely the best so far!

First time Visit For me and my Daughter Today it Was GREAT SERVICE and we got exactly what we asked for !
