On Thursday May 23th I had a scheduled appointment at 2:00pm. Arrived at 2:05 stylist was walking out didn’t even speak, but asked if I was the 2:00 appointment I said yes. To make a long story short she didn’t know how to install a closure with a sew in properly. The others stylist was telling her what to do and how to do it red flag 🚩. Lace lifted up after three days, and didn’t even use all the hair that I provided. Call the owner and told her what was going on she didn’t have a care in the world. She was talking about $15 extra per track. Lol 😂 yea ok Mind you all I paid $120.00 for this style. All I have to say is that karma is real . My son and his grandmother were scheduled to get their hair done at 1p.m. When they got there, on time and as scheduled, they were greeted with, "WE are going to lunch and we'll be back in an hour". They were made to WAIT for the stylist for an hour!! To add insult to injury, a stylist and customer were using so much profanity and arguing making threats, my son and his grandmother were scared to death! After all that!! NEITHER one of their hair was satisfactory! When I called to complain and sent pictures, I was told it would be redone for free...I hung up, 2 minutes later I get a call and was told that the owner said 1/2 price not for free and it wouldn't be FAIR to her stylist....without ANY consideration for the client.....the owner had NO PROBLEM at all losing 3 customers and I don't

I gave gifted hands 1 star because they certainly need to improve on their professionalism. My mother and I went to get our hair done and this is not our first time at gifted hands I am unsure what happened this last time but it was horrible. One they had my name on the board twice getting crochet braids when they should have had my name and my mother's name and what she was getting when I made the appointment weeks ago I certainly told them I was getting crochet braids and my mother was getting a full sew in weave. The next thing is their price board they have posed they need to have a set price not a price and up that is too much room for gifted hands to put any amount on their clients and that's what they did to my mother.
