G&G Nails Spa

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! V & Tuna are the epitome of amazing customer service! My husband and I came back in June when half of the salon was still not complete due to not so honest contractors leaving before the job was done. Even in the mess of construction, they were so accommodating, kind and strived to give us excellent service! The pedicure chairs are heated, they vibrate and of course massage. They offer a wide variety of different services and we can’t wait to try them! There are also complimentary drinks and egg rolls. Yum! All of the employees are so nice and professional and this is definitely our go to nail spot!

Kay was fantastic—relaxing, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She free-handed my flower design beautifully, and I’ve never felt this comfortable at any other salon. My pedicure was done by Ann she was a kind & gentle lady. The team at G&G Nails Spa truly knows how to pamper their guests, and I’ve finally found my go-to spot. They are on social media too and have beautiful nail pics. In my opinion, the best nail salon in Humble!

Kay was amazing, and because of her professionalism and kindness, I tipped her more than my service. (Updated from 2 stars on behalf of Kay, to 1 star because Vi’s response to my review lacks integrity regarding our encounter) Unfortunately, my experience with Vi, who I believe is the owner, was very unprofessional. She insisted that my niece get a full set instead of a fill. My niece politely declined. Vi then continued by saying that if she did not get a full set, she could eventually develop a fungal infection. I overheard this and explained to Vi that my niece’s set was new from her previous visit at another salon. After that, Vi began speaking to her coworkers (in a language other than English), and they were looking at my niece’s hands and laughing. One employee even came over to lo

I’ve been to the spa a few times in the past several years when I was here visiting my son. We have now moved to the area, and I was so disappointed when I stopped at their location and saw they were closed for remodeling. Today, I finally gave them a call and was so happy to hear that they moved locations and are open. The new location is beautiful! Ann did my acrylic fill and did a great job! Several times throughout the process she asked if what she was doing was okay. I couldn’t have been happier with her work, and the reception staff was very pleasant both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend G&G Nails.

I like to start with the positive beautiful place. My first experience was great. My second experience not so great but worth the try again. Now my 3rd and final experience was not so great the nail tech did a great job I went in for a simple take off service and I believe she is the manager was so pushy trying to force me to add on a manicure I told her a good three times I wasn’t interested and boy did her attitude change. Get to check out and my total was $15 I proceed to pull out my debit card and she ask “ you don’t have cash?” I say no she replies “it’s just $15 you don’t have cash” I pay with my debit card and go on about my way.
