Had my first appointment with Tiffany after giving my hair a couple years "off" from any major color/treatment due to previous salon/stylist overprocessing and causing damage, along with hormonal changes and causing my hair to thin and fall out. Although I was hesitant to try someone new, I had made an appt previously with a local salon and once I arrived, I was told my appt was canceled due to an emergency with my stylist. I took that as a MAJOR sign to go ahead and book with Tiffany, even though her salon is 1+ hour drive each way from my home. She was able to get me onto her schedule quickly.
