George's Barber & Hairstyling

Old school barber shop run by a distinguished gentleman named George. He's quiet and unassuming and doesn't feel the need to engage in idle banter, which is perfectly okay by me. More importantly, he's a consummate professional. This shop has been in the same location for 47 years. Not flashy, and no KIIS-FM blaring in the background. I would wager it hasn't changed since the day it opened. But you don't keep a business running that long without offering a good service for a reasonable price. Will definitely go back.

First time here today 5/31/2025. I showed up a few minutes after they opened. Met a wonderful gentleman Alfredo to cut my hair and clean up my beard. He is a true master of his craft. Will be back, like I never left hahaha.

I've been here a dozen times since 2019. I had to wait for a chair a couple of times, but not for long. I like this place because I get a good cut and I never have to make an appointment. I'm a boomer with thinning blond hair with salt and pepper beard, so I only need a haircut, nothing fancy. They do a good job for my tastes. George is very old school and highly qualified.
