Gentle Spa

I have traveled all over the world & got many massages, but this place is absolutely clean & profetional. Eva is the best massuse in the world 🌎.

Massage was okay. The problem: the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a pleasant individual who asks you to pay upfront for any service. This is not how I like to be approached when entering a new storefront spa. Very off-putting. I immediately lost the comfortable anticipation I get before a massage. To say the least, communicating was difficult due to a misunderstanding of language. Luckily, I brought cash so I could tip the server. I tried to tell them that this was not the way most places operate. Won't be back and that's a shame because it's right down the street and otherwise okay.

Really liked the clean and ample facilities. Jennifer gave me a fabulous massage and actually got all the places that I asked. Will be back and will recommend to friends as well as my husband.

Not the best for normal massage , they will continue to ask you to do extra service if you know what I mean, I didn't want it so it was not a good experience ..I alerted the local authority but apparently nothing was done

No customer service. Poor communication. Tried to ask about services and lady looked at me like “wjat are you doing here”. Something is off here.
