My neighborhood go-to since I moved to Silverlake. The staff is so sweet, treats me like a person and not a number, and everyone always does a fantastic job! Check out these hot gothic gel x nails - got them yesterday!

Go somewhere else. Nails chipped less than 2 hours after getting done had to go back the next day.$85 for hands and feet and both are ruined within 6 days of getting them done. Customer service from young nails techs was pretty bad and wasn’t a great experience. I really liked the first few times I went here - really disappointed that I’m out $85 and have to get hands and feet redone 6 days later.

Lady did a stellar job on my elephant skin and pedicure. So meticulously careful and patient! Lady who did my manicure was also excellent. Recommend this shop with high marks!

I don’t recommend gems nail. Most of my jail nails were broken after a few days. I let them know what happened to my nails. the manager Anna blamed that it was because of my nail , not because of her skills or polish quality. I did not ask them to compensate or fix my nails , just let them know. However , I dot not appreciate the way they react and treat customers, very rude and bad customer service. Won’t come back anymore
