Gelous Nails

I had an appointment today at 12:30 for both myself and my mom. She was seen right away, but I had to wait around 30 minutes—which I didn’t mind at all. What I did mind was how rushed and inattentive the service felt once it was my turn. The nail tech kept bouncing between the front counter and my service, and when she started on my nails, she seemed to be hurrying through every step. She didn’t ask me to wash my hands before painting—which is standard—and only said “OK go wash” when I asked, “Don’t you want me to wash”?She was also skipping the tips of my thumbnail, which I had to point out (awkward). She sent me up front to dry and once my nails dried, she wiped the polish off my skin and said, “all set”—no lotion, no final touches, just done. It felt like I was being pushed out the do

Great at explaining my options and pricing for what I wanted done. Super friendly and the vibe in general was calm and relaxing!!! I had a pedicure and fullset done almost 3 weeks ago! I type all day and I'm a mom. Every nail is holding strong!

Tiffany did my nails very amazing will be returning and possibly new spot to get my nails done every two weeks. Try it out good salon to go down very clean. Very nice.

I have been going here for years and would never go anywhere else! They are friendly, fast, efficient, and very talented! They are wonderful with always finding a way to fit me in with my very hectic work schedule and my nails always look better than I could’ve imagined! I very rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to on this one! Just had a dip done for $50 and I have never had nails done so poorly. First, the man that did my nails rushed like he was on fire! I understand it’s busy and you have customers waiting, but I am also a paying customer! Second, my nails are so uneven, he chopped them down way too short and they’re completely crooked. It literally looks like someone took Chiclets and taped them to the top of my fingers. He didn’t file them down. They are completely rough and he barely put any topcoat on them. I have matte areas where there’s no topcoat. I’m just so upset that I actually paid for this. I will never return there.
