I highly recommend Just Breathe and Jaye for massage. I sought help to loosen up my shoulder after a broken arm had that side immobilized. The massage was perfect - deep enough to make a difference, but not so aggressive that I had to guard during or had any discomfort afterward. Rates are comparable to others locally, and you can't beat the location right at the rotary in Derry. If you're looking for your new regular massage therapist, definitely give Jaye a try!

Jenna is just fantastic. I originally came to her a few years ago with some lingering sciatic issues and poor work-from-home computer posture. Jenna was not only quick to identify and work through the issue but also provided an impromptu education as to why my body was responding in that way. She is a great teacher and always takes the time to answer my questions and share her expertise. She even provides tips to combat certain ailments with stretches and behaviors. Honestly, I'm so grateful I found Jenna and highly encourage others to book an appointment with her if they find themselves in a similar situation as I was in. You won't regret it!

J is the best message therapist in the world. I have been going to her for years and all my family and friends that I refer to her say the same thing. Whether I’m in aching pain or just want an amazing message she always fixes me. I’m in agonizing pain a lot and I go to see her and she always knows just what to do to make the pain go away. She has years of experience and she is the best at what she does. I cannot say enough good things about her and what she does. I would never go anywhere else and I think everyone should know how awesome she is!
