Cliff notes: The man is NOT careful, rushed, the color examples are NOT accurate, EVERYTHING was dirty, and now I have an infection! They do not take card, the ATM has a $3 service fee. My friend and I went on the areas prom day, so we figured it would be busy, so we called ahead of time and was told that we could come at 4, which was about an hour and we didn’t mind waiting. We got there, went on around 4pm and waiting for about 20 mins before we were even seated. The man working was kind at first, and my friend picked a blue nail color, and I picked a green-gray color. He started drilling my nails, to the point where they were burning, and so thin that they bent with little pressure. my friend experienced the same. The drill was hot, reused for both of us with no sanitizing in between,

I usually go to A Nails, but they were closed for the day. I had already made a trip down to Plattsburgh, and really wanted my nails done, so I went to Gel Nails last minute. They got me in last minute. I had to wait about 45 minutes, but that’s fine because I didn’t have an appointment anyway. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The woman, I’m not sure what her name is, but she took great care of my nails. She was very patient, and made sure to clean up my nails practically perfectly before painting them. The shape is awesome as well. Definitely took her time and made sure they looked great! And the price was very inexpensive compared to other places.

DONT COME HERE. At first I was excited to try a new place for the decent price, but everything just seemed rushed. There was no cuticle prep and or after care oils for the nails and skin my skin was left dry and the paint job wasn’t to the cuticle line, they are also unevenly painted in some spots and you can still see the dirt under my nails and there is still nail polish on my skin. Friendly people I just feel like they should pay a little more attention to detail. I won’t be returning. They also did my partners nails as seen below and she ended up not getting them painted because of the disappointment they left acrylic all of her skin… they are all crooked and one of her Nails is completely missing a spot.. she was cut with the drill drawing blood and she is not happy and has left in t

First time going to this nail salon and after my experience- have decided this will be my go to salon from now on. Great customer service, amazing nail work and just an overall very friendly and relaxed vibe walking in!! For the amount of customers they have- man you really have to give them the credit they deserve!! Keep up the great work!
