Galaxy Nails

I wish I could give Galaxy Nails zero stars. This was hands down the WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. The place was dirty, unorganized, and honestly unsanitary. The staff rushed through my nails like they couldn’t care less, and the end result was disgusting. My nails came out lumpy, uneven, and already chipping the same day. On top of that, they were rude when I tried to politely point out the mistakes. Instead of fixing them, they acted like it was my fault for not liking the mess they did. I paid good money to walk out embarrassed to even show my hands. Save yourself the time and money — do not go to Galaxy Nails. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I went there after a shitty experience elsewhere. I called ahead ahead telling them that and that the shape I have is stiletto. They said they can fix it. When done they looked okay but I chalked it up to the previous place fault. The next day my nail broke and I was so upset. Then the day after a second nail broke. I returned and just asked them to just make them short bc at this point I can’t keep going to the nail salon.. they said okay but now I have short misshaped nails that are all different lengths and shapes. Some are pained from the cuticle up and some not. Just wanna cry.

I have been going to Galaxy Nails for a few years now and I have always had a great experience. Anna always does a perfect job on my nails and Anna and Brian are super nice!!

This is hands down the worst nails I have ever gotten, I wanted a design they couldn’t do it then I asked for a black French couldn’t do it!! He cut my finger and my nails look horrible and i still paid full price, its sad how i didn’t even get an apology or anything, won’t even come back!! Wish I could of but no stars

Been going to Galaxy Nails for almost 15 years now. I always feel so welcomed when I come and I love how clean it is. Brian and Anna work very hard to create the best experience for everyone. If you are looking for a nail salon to call home, this is definitely the place!! 🥰
