Galaxy I Nail Salon

I live on the West Coast of the United States, and recently I came to this area to visit my relatives. On their recommendation, I visited this nail salon and received both a pedicure and a gel manicure, and the service was truly excellent. I was particularly impressed by how thoroughly they maintained hygiene during the treatment, which made me feel very reassured. The staff were also friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated. The pricing was reasonable, and the salon itself was clean and comfortable, making my experience very pleasant. The tools and equipment were well-maintained and hygienic, which instilled a lot of trust. I was extremely satisfied with the results. I have used this salon in the past and was always pleased with the way my nails came out. Went there on 10/7/25 and can honestly say I won't be back. First off there was only one client in there getting a pedicure. There were 2 younger girls who cared not to take care of doing my nails claiming they did not know how to do a gel fill in...hmm ok and you work there why? If it wasn't for the older woman there who stepped up I was going to walk out which I should have. I asked for a French ombre and got the confused look...like really 😐. They didn't understand anything. What I walked out with is beyond hideous and by my opinion was overly charged. 65.00 dollars for garbage. Your price list states 35.00 for gel fill in and you charged me 45.00 and 10.00 extra for ombre if you can even call it

Unfortunately, I have to edit this review. I’ve been getting my nails done at another salon down the street for months, and have never had this problem before. My nails were shaved down way too thin, they are pealing and ripping off. This has never happened before. I had the acetone processing on my nails for an hour while my nails were getting done, then it was removed with a manual nail file, then the electric file. I was worried they were over processed and too thin, and today 4 days in, I have 4 chipped nails and one completely ripped off. This shows a lack of understanding on how to take care of nail health. I have been receiving my hand and foot care at this salon since it first opened, and it has been 15 wonderful years. Now that I am retiring, I will be moving to Florida to live with my daughter. I am deeply grateful to Michelle, the owner, and all the staff for their exceptional care over the years. You have treated me like family, and I sincerely thank you. Although it is difficult to leave, I look forward to visiting again in the future. I wish this salon continued success and prosperity, and I am truly thankful for everything.

Have gotten my nails done here twice and it has been a great experience so far. Nely does acrylic and does a phenomenal job 💅🏻Joanna did my pedicure and now I hope to go back to her every time! You should definitely give this place a try
