I have been searching for a good salon at a reasonable price. Found Galaxy! I used a keratin Groupon to experiment with the Salon then found Claudia!!! Did a root touch up and Keratin. Both excellent results Price was quite reasonable Claudia is a very knowledgeable hairdresser She was absolutely amazing

Claudia did a trim and Keratin treatment and I was very pleased with her work. She's lovely and really listened to what I was trying to achieve. As an FYI, tips must be in cash. I didn't know, but luckily there was a ATM down the street. Claudia A+++

The worst keratin treatment I have ever gotten combined with disgustingly rude customer service by the receptionist, Michelle. After washing my hair for only the second time in 3 weeks following the keratin treatment, I noticed my hair had completely returned back to what it looked like before the treatment- a frizzy mess. I was even upcharged $30 by the salon for extra product used- a product that did nothing! I called to express my dissatisfaction and the receptionist, Michelle told me to call back the next week to schedule a time to come in. When I called back, I spoke with the owner of the salon who was actually nice and accommodating. We scheduled for me to come in that weekend to show them my hair. The worst hair cut I have ever gotten coupled with the worst customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy. When I expressed that I was dissatisfied with the cut and why, I was met with what I should have done and what I should have said. The stylist, pretty much gave me the cut she wanted to give even though I showed photos of some styles I would like. I scheduled a consult only to be informed by the stylist that they don’t do consults . When I asked the stylist if she had any ideas or pictures to look at, she out right said, “I don’t have any pictures to show you!” Four things the stylist should have done but she didn’t. I have been going to Galaxy Hair Designs for about 10 years. I feel very fortunate to have found this salon. AnneMarie has been my hair dresser and does such a beautiful job. Over the years I have had so many complements on my hair. The salon is bright and lively with fun professionals. Would recommend to anyone.
