Before visiting Farrah at Galaxy Salon, I had not had a facial since 2006. Why because not every aesthetician knows how to give a proper facial. It takes time to master this skill. Also, the lady who was doing them stopped working to care for her elderly father. In 2018, a friend bought me a gift certificate for a facial me with Farrah, so I decided to try it and see. Oh My goodness!!! I was so delighted! FINALLY, someone who did facials just the way I like them! The products she uses are soothing and fragrant, but not over-bearing. She uses just the right amount of pressure with her fingers when doing the cleansing and smoothing finishes. And yes, the extractions of blackheads are on point! Ladies, if you get facials, you know what I’m talking about. If you don’t, treat yourself to one,

HORRIBLE PLACE. Went to get my eyebrows waxed, the lady didn’t wash her hands and then started using super hot wax. She didn’t section off parts like how my usual eyebrow lady does, and she tried to take off all my hair at once and TORE OFF ALL MY SKIN. I told her my skin was burning and she tried to blame me and say it’s because young people use creams. I was like no lady I haven’t used anything on my face and this has never happened to me. I asked for aloe gel to cool it down and asked for a cutip and this lady told me to go home and use it. I was like just give me a cutip lady like I just paid for eyebrows and tipped you after you ripped my skin off and now you are being cheap over a cutip. Never going back again. My sisters wedding is in two days and my skin is going to look horrible.
