My daughter (17) was gifted gel nails and a pedicure service by a good friend. I'm not kidding when I say that she has been excited about this appointment for weeks. To my disappointment she came home practically in tears because of the way she was treated. The salon was told what services she wanted ahead of time so there wouldn't be any confusion and when she got there was treated very rudely by a lady with a thick accent who kept snapping at my daughter for not understanding her, rolling her eyes and telling her to sit down. My daughter showed her the nail color she wanted and the lady said it was too light and picked something else instead without asking my daughter if she liked it. Was in Scottsdale for business, walked to this location, to get a gel mani/pedi. This was hands down the best mani/pedi I have ever received in my life. Owner even came out and chatted with me and my husband for quite some time. He was very personable! I would recommend the mature woman I had at this location to anyone.

10/10 would recommend. this is not a hyperbole, this is my favorite nail salon I've been to in az! David absolutely killed it on my nails and I definitely will be going back to have him do my next set. i got them done like 30 minutes ago and I've already gotten 10+ compliments. i went in with an idea and everyone who helped me executed it perfectly! Michael did great on my pedicure and another manicurist, I forgot to get her name, but she was so sweet and pretty and she absolutely knocked the design out of the park! i loved everything super clean and nice with tons of colors in every nail option. my only thing I would say is, weekends are ~super~ busy, so making appts definitely helps. just try to plan for the extra time, just in case.

We found Gainey Nail Spa shortly after moving into the neighborhood, and now it’s our go-to for me and my daughters pampering time, and sometimes husband. There are usually four of us, so I always make an appointment and they’re great about getting us in smoothly. On the rare occasion we wait? It’s no biggie. Life’s too short to stress over a few extra minutes. The space is clean, bright, and genuinely welcoming. David always greets us with a smile, and every nail tech we’ve had has done a beautiful job….no fuss, no drama, just great service and positive energy. I’m not a high-maintenance type, so I keep things pretty low-key, but my girls and I always leave feeling polished and refreshed and happy! Bonus tip: be kind and tip well, the nail techs work hard and totally deserve it. Thanks,
