Was in town visiting friends, made two appointments at 4:00 pm for myself and a friend. When we showed up at 3:55pm the door was locked and the store had no lights on. We were confused and called the listed number and it was out of service. The gym next door said “yeah she’s a hit or a miss”. Not something you want to hear before a $65 blowout. 1 staff member ended showing up right at our appointment time. He explained that his boss told him to take both of us and asked if we had time. We didn’t realize just how long they would both take to do. Mine had to be extremely rushed as we were starting to run behind on time. It would have been WAY more professional to have been told this ahead of time so that we could have made an earlier appointment or cancelled and went somewhere else. The blow

If you are not from here and you need your hair cut, colored. I would ask for Aimee. I went in with very dark hair needing highlights. She done a awesome job. I was nervous at first but after 20 mins she made that go away. This chick knows her stuff!!! You will not leave disappointed. Plus the employees in this place are so friendly! If I am still here in a few months. I will definitely be coming back here.

First of all, I’m OBSESSED with my haircut. I came in with a pretty clear idea of the style I wanted, and Gabriella executed it beautifully. She made me feel so comfortable in the chair, and talked me through the entire cut, consulting me throughout the process make sure it was what I wanted. Something I found so helpful and unique about Gabriella was how she did the cut in a way that best suited my hair. She kindly explained that the inspiration picture I showed her was a great starting point, but there were some changes she would make to showcase the best qualities of my hair specifically. Follow up Nicole M. No, honey I’m not Barbie but I expect professionalism when you advertise as the #1 salon in BR. Needless to say I left the salon at 12:30am and my top of head was “White” with a tint of purple while the back was more platinum. She spent 30 min taking video of the back of my head but never once showed the top of my head. She also charged me $850 and when I asked why because all of this was supposed to be a “fix” from a month ago that she never fixed her comment was “well, if you want to look like Barbie, you can pay like Barbie”.
