I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I clearly explained what I wanted and even showed reference photos, but the hairstylist did not seem to fully understand or execute my request. The final result looked nothing like what we discussed. It felt careless and lacked attention to detail. I left feeling frustrated and embarrassed rather than confident. When I mentioned that I wasn’t completely happy with the outcome, the response felt dismissive instead of solution-oriented. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of skill and professionalism. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I hope they take client feedback more seriously in the future.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. The Gabriel Samra team is simply the best. Without a doubt, this is the best hair salon in Miami. Paco and his entire team are incredibly talented, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommended!
