Before I say anything I want to say that I have been coming to Gabe’s since I was a baby, (20+ years.) I also want to note how helpful and understanding Rachel was listening to my complaints and assisting with a refund. So yesterday I go for a walk in on my lunch to get a quick buzz cut. I am greeted by a lady who reeked of cigarettes I could smell it on her fingers as she was shaving my head. Also as she’s shaving my head, clumps of hair that is not my color is falling on me?? I have no clue how that would even happen, but it’s never happened before so that it seems unhygienic. She also did not show me that back of my neck to see my hairline (she decided to let me find out for myself I guess.) but in the moment, I overlooked these things Because I was in a rush to get back to work. Hello! This is my third time as a walk in for Gabe’s Barbershop. It has a classic atmosphere, and they do an amazing straight razor shave. This time I was in for a haircut which includes a straight razor shave on the back of the neck, and my barber was Christyna. She is very genuine and down to earth. We had a pleasant conversation while she cut my hair. I told her how I usually have my hair done and that I add pomade to it. She even asked if I was alright with the straight razor on my neck before hand. My hair is extremely straight and can be a challenge for hair stylist at times. Christyna handled it like a champ, and didn’t make me feel bad for the fact I’ve been having a hard time with dandruff recently. If I can give 10 stars I would!! Highly recommend getting your hair cut here! Sarah the owner is beyond amazing and will always accommodate your needs. She fit me in last minute for myself and before a graduation for my brother! Will continue to return!

I've taken my son twice now and he's liked the haircuts.... (it has been a challenge to find a place he likes!!!). The ladies were very welcoming and friendly. Also, the location rocks because we can shop and get something to eat right afterward. Worth the try!
