Future Nails

Best nail salon in all of Towson!!! And trust me I’ve been all over!!! All sets below have been done here by my guuurl Emma but I promise ALL nail artists (Kelly, her husband etc) are all really amazing! Chill atmosphere looks like not much from the outside but the people inside are some of the most talented nail artists I feel so lucky to have discovered this place two years ago ❤️ they’ve had a loyal customer ever since!

I have been coming to this salon since sophomore year of high school and they are the most reliable (consistent) and affordable place I have gone to. I have never been disappointed. Everybody is very kind and experienced!! (I trust each person there, but i always recommend seeing Le.) I haven’t gone elsewhere unless needed, but always find myself wanting to come back here.

RUDE AND NASTY ATTITUDES!! I truly do not understand why the customer service is extremely poor and lacking in this establishment! I recommend you to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WILL RESPECT AND APPRECIATE YOUR MONEY! Very PRICEY, especially considering being subjected to HORRIBLE attitudes! When I sat down to be serviced, I was literally told by KELLY, “I do not have time and cannot provide the service you requested!” Mind you, I disclosed what I wanted ahead of time when I made the appointment. I asked for an itemized receipt to understand how I was charged and they would not provide. Strange! RUN!!!

Please do not patronize this place! Their colors do not last! I left the nail shop and two day later my nails started chipping away!!! I came back to see if they could at least reapply polish. They refused and stated this is normal after you go home. Really?? What happened to the protective layer to protect the paint!!! I spent $110.00 for manicure and pedicure two days ago and the least they could do is apply some polish the nail! They do not value their customers! I always patronize this Future Nails, but not anymore. Reconsidering because going to this place!!!

I had left them a raving review about a month or two ago saying how they were my favorites for the last year and the best in Towson but after my last two experiences, I no longer share the same sentiment. They’re rude, they rush their work and they will make you wait as long as they possibly can. They also don’t respect appointments as I was running late for mine and called to inform them (about 10 minutes btw) and they tried to tell me to come 2 hours later instead. So on to the quality, I got my nails done and in under 24 hours one of them broke already, like the whole tip broke right off . The quality was less than average for the prices they want to charge.
