Went in for a filling on Feb.12th, My Hot Pink Nail Polish was already chipped and coming off the very next day!! I regret tipping any of my George Washington crispy bills. Uggh. Due to my schedule, I wasn’t able to make it back to the shop until the following Thursday, which equated to a week. Upon arrival I expressed that I wanted to have the chipped polish removed and just replaced with some clear gel polish. I had the option of waiting on the same tech or just going to someone else, so I just waited for the same tech to make things easier. I’ve been coming here for years and exclusively saw Cindy. She was professional which I appreciated. A while ago, she told me there would be an extra charge to cut my nails, I said fine. Then she said there would be an extra charge due to the shape of my nails again, I said fine. During my last visit, I was charged an additional $5 on top of what I usually pay. When I asked why, she said it was because my nails were “long.” I’ve kept my nails the same length for years; they’re not exaggeratedly long, so this didn’t make any sense. I spoke with the manager and he immediately sided with me. He looked at my nails and removed the $5 charge. He was fair and respectful and I appreciated his honesty. What was disappointing was that Cindy was trying to nickel and dime me after years of loyalty. I

2 stars because I liked the design of what she did on my feet but she scammed me at the same time because she knows danm well that won't be last. I asked her to do acrylic on my big toes with fake nails, but instead, she told me that if I put the acrylic on without the fake nails, it would be better and last longer. And me don't know better, I accepted it. After two days, one of the nails broke. I paid $63 for French nails plus $5 tip. That was my first time going over there, and it will be the last time too.

People here are so rude and they don’t do a good job because they are in a hurry to get you out of the chair. After the appointment my nails looked like they had tiny bubbles in them. According to the manicurist there is no clear nail polish in the world that has smooth results.. And the guy at reception was so rude. He said “It’s smooth to me. Don’t come here if you don’t like it.” 1st two pictures were right after the appointment and 3 & 4 was next morning

Firstly I would just like to say I don't even write reviews to begin this is my first one. I am writing this to warn people to save them from what I had to experience. If I could give this place a negative star review I would. I rarely get my nails done only for special occasions. This by far is one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to in my entire existence on this earth. The day before my mother came to the salon with me and we asked about the prices they told me 28 dollars for feet and 50 for hand I wanted French tip at the time but changed to French Ombre.
