Full Body by Antonio

I'd like to recommend services by Antonio. I have been receiving massage therapy (weekly) and physical training (three sessions each week) from Antonio for 6 months. I have been able to recover from injury and gain back more strength and range of motion than I had previously. He’s excellently approached my needs and continually helped me reach/challenge my fitness goals. I’ve lost weight and gained so much more flexibility. I urge anyone with similar needs to consider at least a consultation with Antonio and get more information.

Antonio is very professional and I had my first deep tissue massage with him. He is strong so he's able to apply enough pressure needed for a true deep tissue massage, but can also adjust the amount of pressure if it is too much. His energy is great. For my session lights were turned down low and relaxing music was played. All in all great first experience. Would recommend.

I was looking for a personal trainer and massage while in Los Angeles for work. Instead of being stuck inside a gym and then driving to a separate massage studio, Antonio was able to provide both. We met in a beautiful park where I received one of the best work outs of my life! He tailored the session to meet my specific needs and was extremely knowledgeable. The massage was equally impressive with perfect pressure for my after work out muscles. I would highly recommend Antonio!
