Fringe Salon

I went to Fringe Salon to by shampoo and conditioner explaining that i am down here for the winter and forgot my salon shampoo at home and I bought some at the market but it was terrible and left my hair dirty looking, so i needed a good product. We discussed my hair and they recommended an Aveda shampoo and conditioner. I paid $93 for these items (outrageous). The product was not right for my hair. It left my hair lifeless and drab. I brought the product back to the salon to say it did not work for me and they refused to either return my money or exchange the product. They said they couldn't take it back or exchange it because I had used it. Well, how am I supposed to know if the product worked for me if I didn't use it? Debbie was fantastic. She did exactly what I asked for and also shared ideas. While the cost is a bit pricey the results were amazing. My cut/blow dry lasted 3 days (very unusual for my hair). Just washed it today and restyled and still able to get results I wanted. Just for some info I have straight fine heavy hair. It’s hard to get volume, but between cut and styling it now has some volume after following Debbie’s tips. Will definitely return.

While vacationing at Hilton Head, I booked an appointment at Fringe. What a wonderful and lovely experience. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. My hair color and cut looks fabulous.
