If I could give no stars I would.... is this what a pedicure is supposed to look like when you leave? I have never had such a bad experience in all the pedicures I have ever had...what made it worse ...was the male tech that did this "job" would not return my money or even apologize. I normally do not complain but this whole experience brought me to tears more than once. Not the pedicure actually....just the way I was treated. The owner needs to take responsibility for her brother's actions, he needs more training in the actual nail tech job, but more importantly customer service.

Horrible, the nail tech was rushing to do my nails, which is annoying and she cut my finger, she did my nails wrong, I had her redo the ones that looked crooked but they still look ugly, she didn’t let the paint dry correctly before putting more polish on, so it looks bumpy instead of smooth, blamed me for them not drying, bc you know I’m a nail tech (I’m not), the only good thing was the pedicure, the two pedicure women were great, but the one who did my nails was terrible, the design looks like it was done by a child, it’s so ugly, I had a important event to go to & now I don’t feel like going bc of how ugly my nails are. Disappointed.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but after my most recent visit to this salon, I felt compelled to share my experience. I came in after work for a fresh new set of acrylic nails and a pedicure—a service I’ve gotten several times before. Unfortunately, this time felt completely rushed and inconsiderate. The nail tech kept insisting I just get a fill-in, even after I clearly stated I wanted a full new set. It became obvious this pushback was because they were nearing closing time (around 7 PM, and they close at 7:30 PM). That’s not my fault—I arrived with enough time for a proper service and should’ve been treated with the same care as any earlier client. Against my wishes, the tech proceeded with a fill-in, and to make matters worse, began doing my nails while I was mid-pedicure. That may

Told the girl 4 times paint only. After trying to sell me everything she could think of extra. She put clear on first then the white for a French tip. Like I asked for. Then put on clear again on top. Unfortunately I didn’t no she put acrylic on top my real nail. Charged me for a full manicure and it only took like 3 min. Next day big chip came off. It’s not just clear. She charged me 25.00$ I won’t be back
