Good experience! Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they only had a few customers at the time. Sinh was the one who did my gel pedicure and she did a great job. They have a lot of gel color options too. A couple of my toenails are growing back so she recommended doing powder to fix the shape and she made it look good, glad I went with her recommendation! I was in and out in 45 minutes which was the perfect amount of time. Price was good and location is super convenient next to 85 Degrees and H Mart if you are already shopping there!

Very busy spot with talented people. If I don't know what I want, they help me come up with something. Cindy is fast, professional, and knows what I like. Today she used powder to strengthen my nails. She gave me some Verde cat eyes that are out of this galaxy. Thank you for the Houston Astros nails, Kim!! They rock! Nina did my Christmas reindeer today! So cute

Warning Racism! What troubles me most is not only how my daughter and I were treated in your salon, but also how you chose to respond here. Writing, “I do not understand why you came to request a polish change when your hands had acrylic” is dismissive and unprofessional. Customers request polish changes on acrylic nails every day—it is a standard service. To imply that my request itself was somehow unreasonable is not only inaccurate, it shifts the blame onto me instead of addressing the way I was treated. But my review was never about acrylics or availability—it was about respect. On that day, my daughter and I were looked up and down, spoken to without eye contact, and then asked to leave. That experience left us feeling unwelcome, humiliated, and diminished. When you respond by reduc

experience was good at first. The lady was nice. Not even 6 days later the nails started to fall off and break. I called and they told me that they would fix them. Awesome I was happy. Well I went in and the lady acted all annoyed as if I went in and caused a scene about it. She rushed my nails. Told me it was my fault because I have small nail beds when I've never had this issue with another nail salon. They are uneven. Chunky and overall rushed. She didn't bother to clean them up or anything. There is a bunch of leftover under the nail and they are crooked. They are incredibly ugly. I was better off just going somewhere else and paying instead of dealing with that or simply just getting a refund if I knew that I was gonna be met with that negativity. Don't recommend this place.

The worst experience of my life. I stopped at this place out of convenience since I was coming from work—it was my first time here. I only asked to have my acrylic nails removed. The woman asked if I wanted them long or short, and I said short because I was going to take a break from nails. When she began removing them, she did it completely dry—no hot water, no acetone. She just clipped them and then used one of the same plastic nails they normally apply to force between my natural nail and the acrylic. Even though I repeatedly told her it hurt and that my nails were very sensitive, she kept pushing until she removed them. There were two or three moments where I said “ouch,” and she only replied, “they’re already loose, but you’re scaring me,” while continuing to hurt me. You can see in
