Friendly Nail spa

Had the best experience here thanks to Julie. I had a pedicure (not sharing pictures of my feet) and a manicure, THE best massage I’ve received too. I was offered drinks as well. My new favorite spot in town ❤️

I went here for the first time today and was super happy! I didn't have an appointment so expected a bit of a wait time, but they I was seen quickly and the lady was so nice. Would definitely come back again!

I came in with my two younger girls just wanting to get pedicures and relax a little. I asked right away if there was any wait, and they said, “No wait, come right in!” They sat us down, turned on the water, and started getting things ready. A few minutes later, three people walked in who apparently had appointments the staff “forgot” about. The employees immediately stopped helping us and started working on them instead. I completely understand taking appointments first, but don’t tell me there’s no wait if there actually is. Meanwhile, my girls and I were just sitting there with our feet soaking for 45 minutes with no communication or update from anyone. No apology, no explanation, nothing. The water got cold, and I finally just told my daughters to dry their feet so we could leave.

Julie is an amazing person. She is attentive and sweet and takes pride in her services. She recently took wonderful care of my disabled mom.
