Came in for a blowout for my first time no one greeted me it was so awkward I was just standing there saying hello. I didn’t know who my stylist was other than the small conversation I had with her through text. Finally when someone noticed me they told me to wait, and the same girl who told me to wait ended up being my stylist. She didn’t seem to be in a good mood as she sat me in the chair she didn’t introduce her self. She didn’t say a word while she draped me and took me to the wash bowl. I tried making small talk but she didn’t seem to acknowledge anything I was saying so I just kept quiet durning the rest of my appointment. I have tried to get in touch with this salon TWICE and they have not gotten back to me AFTER I reached out to the owner. I tried supporting them because they are local. Went and bought product from them trying to support local but will def take my business to my RELIABLE stylist.

I stopped in today because I had a bad haircut the owner of the store came out to talk to me told me she had a few minutes sat me down and she did such an amazing job fixing my hair I asked her how much she said don’t worry about it I was just stunned thank you so much I will be telling everybody I know about your shop oh by the way this shop Looks like it belongs in Beverly Hills
