I purchased a Groupon voucher originally for my wedding in March 2019 and was attempting to schedule a facial. After contacting the owner they told me they didn’t have availability until May. So I tried again asking in May and they didn’t have availability until July 19. I texted today and asked if I could use my voucher still and after sending it (it’s expires July 20) they told me they were going to charge me $30 extra for it being expired.... even though I tried multiple times to get in. I understand it was a Groupon voucher and they make more money off regular clients but small business owners should probably treat new potential clients with a little more respect. I’ll gladly take my business somewhere else.

Li is wonderful! She is super nice. Always on time and communicates very well. My skin has looked amazing since seeing her. I highly recommend Li!!

Worst place ever ! They make you wait days for a response then try to push Groupon people to the back as close to expiration dates so they can rip you off. They will ask for confirmation then give you an hour to respond if not they give your time to a non Groupon customer and tell you to get a refund after you have waited for 2 months for your appointment! They advertise cheap then cheat you out of a quality service unless you are paying full price DONT waste your time much better places to go and they won’t treat you 2nd class !

I tried to book an appointment here. A few days after I confirmed and booked the appointment the owner texted me while I was at work and I was not able to respond because I was in meetings. Since I didn’t respond to her she canceled my appointment. Who does that? I am not able to text you while I’m working. Her only way if communication is texting. She won’t pick up the phone or email like a professional. I would stay away from this place.
