I don’t usually write reviews, but I just loved my experience here and had to share! The salon had such a lovely, inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I am honestly very anxious when I get my hair cut. I’m very indecisive and unsure of what I want. However, Isa made me feel very safe by being so kind, communicative, and welcoming. She asked the perfect guiding questions to understand exactly what look and feel I was going for. I gave her a lot of creative freedom, and she ended up giving me the best haircut I’ve ever had! I will definitely be making Isa my regular stylist. :)

Honestly truly so disappointed with this salon. I never even made it to my first appointment as a result of everything that came up. Just started a new job and someone recommended this place. I was so excited to try it. Sadly, my haircut was a cancelled due to my stylist getting sick. Totally understand -- something out of her control! We made an appointment for the Sunday after Thanksgiving at 3pm. I left my family early on Sunday (6hr drive back to LA) to make it back in time for my haircut. I left with an hour to spare. Unfortunately, due to holiday traffic along with accidents along the route, the drive took 9hrs instead of 6hrs. This is my second appointment with Bianca and I have to say she is one of the best! I have a lot of trauma with my hair and my past beauticians but Bianca has brought me to a point where I trust her with it all. That says a lot because I don’t trust anyone with my hair outside of myself. She focuses on what is best for me and my hair and she is honest about it all. She truly has made me fall in love with my hair all over again and I would continuously recommend her to anyone I know! If you’re thinking about coming to Freija to let Bianca do your hair, book that appointment immediately!

For the past four years, I have been seeing Robby Kiwan for all of my hair needs, and I would describe him as nothing short of a miracle worker!! I often get compliments on how healthy my hair looks, and I credit it to the fact that I see Robby every 10 weeks. He has incredible attention to detail and is always able to bring my vision to life, even when I struggle to articulate it. He makes sure that he's giving you the exact right haircut for you, and he's an expert at a wide range of techniques, including razor cutting and dry cutting. Whenever I see Robby, I can trust him to take good care of me and my hair, even if we're trying something new. You will not find another salon experience like the one at Freija. This salon is as relaxing as is it beautiful and everyone who works here is a pro. Kat gives me the best haircut I've ever had and my skin has never looked as good as it does after having a facial with Katrina.
