As mentioned by other reviewers, gender discrimination. I called asking for availability for a gel fill and pedicure. They said "for women?" I said "no, for me and my daughter." They said "you're getting the pedicure and your daughter is getting the gel fill?" I said "no, I'm getting the gel fill." They said they would call back when they know and didn't call back until hours later when I was already at another salon. They didn't leave a message. The service is the same, the money is the same, there is no reason you'd need to know the sex of your client for a gel manicure. If you're male presenting, you will be discriminated against...

I’ve been going to Freeland Nails and Spa for 3 years now. The entire staff is always warm and friendly and do 5 star work. However, today, I think I had my nicest natural manicure I’ve ever had! My nails looks fantastic, and for living in NY, NJ and Philadelphia, for me to be impressed with a manicure is impressive. Thank you, Freeland Nails and Spa!

I have been a customer for over a decade. A few friends will me there to celebrate and relax. Nancy is always accommodating and kind. She even had a cake waiting for me on my birthday. Everything is clean and the customer experience is wonderful.
